Recorded with Dr. Lloyd Glauberman at Bear Tracks Studio, NYC, using the Neumann KU Dummy Head microphone produced one of the most powerful programs for self improvement. HPP techniques implant positive suggestions in each ear through headphones. It’s based on auditory overload, you hear everything (it’s not subliminal). And whatever style of attention you adopt is OK, you can listen to the story in your left ear, the story in your right, both stories, or neither story. Just letting your mind wander where it may, you soon find yourself drifting into a zone of tranceformation. Coming out of it 20 minutes later, not remembering the stories, embedded suggestions from the stories pop back into your mind when triggered by the appropriate situation. It’s quite remarkable.
